How to block USB/CD-Rom or any service within your network

Most Network administrator really want their operation job effective and efficiently to manage the network resource by remote. 
Therefore, I would like to show how to block USB memory or flash removable disk with Network Administrator tool. Moreover this tool is very useful you can manage or control for some service such as Enable /Disable IE, Block computer accessories device, Enable /Disable network service ,etc just over the network .

Requirement:

1. Must be member of your computer network 
2. Must have authorize authentication to access other computer over the network (eg:adminstrator)
