How to setup mail server with MDaemon

There are a lot of Mail server application that we can use it to serve into your business operation . those are Exchange Server ,domino lotus server , Mdaemon , Postfix , Sendmail, Qmail and etc.
for this post I will show how to set up and configuration Mdaemon for your company

Requirement:

1. Mdaemon Application  any version > I will show you Mdaemon Version 10
2. You have Domain register 
3. Mail hosting service as Mail Relay Agent
4. Support any Window XP,7, Server 2003,2008.
